About Bang Rak Pier

Bang Rak Pier (also called the Seatran Discovery Pier) is on the northeast coast of Koh Samui, just 5 minutes from Koh Samui Airport and walking distance from the Big Buddha temple. It's the main departure point for Seatran Ferry services to Koh Phangan.

A second nearby pier — Big Buddha Pier — is about 10 minutes further east and serves Lomprayah catamarans, which also run to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.
